This tutorial assumes you have good working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro and its tools. It was created and written in PspX2 but may be done in previous versions. My tutorials are from my own creative imagination any resemblance to other tutorials is strictly coincidental. Step 1: Create a new canvas of 800 * 850
Step 2: Open Frame05 CTRL+C and close
Step 3: CTRL+L
- SHIFT+S: 224 px (width)
- Using your magic wand set mode to replace and tolerance to : 45
- Click the black parts of the frame
- Selections: Modify: Expand: 2
- Layers: New Raster Layer:
Step 4: Open Paper08: CTRL+C and close
Step 5: CTRL+SHIFT+L
- CTRL+D
- Using your magic wand: set tolerance to: 30
- Click inside the frame
- Layers: New Raster Layer
- Selections: Modify: Expand: 4
Step 6: Open Paper10: CTRL+C and close
Step 7: CTRL+SHIFT+L
- CTRL+D
- Move this layer under the frame layer
- Double check that the frame layer is highlighted
- Effects: 3D: Drop Shadow: Apply the frame drop shadow above
Step 8: Open Angel Charlie: CTRL_C and Close

Move him so he looks like he is stepping out of the frame (see mine for example)
Apply frame drop shadow

- CTRL+R: Left: 23
- Apply drop shadow
Step 20: Open Cloud: CTRL+C and close

- Move to the center upper part of the frame (see mine for example)
- Apply drop shadow
