This tutorial assumes you have good working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro and its tools. It was created and written in PspX2 but may be done in previous versions. My tutorials are from my own creative imagination any resemblance to other tutorials is strictly coincidental. If I am using a brush or mask that belongs you and I don't have you listed please let me know which tutorial and which item is yours include your designer name and website information so I can give you credit and remove them from the materials. • Frame Shadow: 6, (-10),56,19.34, #000000
  
• BarbedWire Shadow:0,(-4),5020,#6c4822
  
• Bin Shadow: 0,5,100,32, #000000
  
• Leaves Shadow: 70, (-32),50,30,#202020
  
• Elements Shadow:  5, (-1),56,32,#000000
  

Tutorial Instructions:

Step 1: Open a new canvas  900 * 900 ; CTRL+A

Step 2: Open paper CTRL+C and close

Step 3: CTRL+SHIFT+L ; CTRL+D

Step 4: Open Frame 4 CTRL+C and close

Step 5: CTRL+L ; SHIFT+S: 275 px (width) all layers unchecked

Step 6: Open  Embroidery Fabric CTRL+C and close

Step 7: CTRL+L

• Layers:  Load Mask from disk: Mask 85SophisticatSimone
  
• Layers: Merge Group
  
• Move this layer under the frame layer
  
• highlight frame layer
  
• using your magic wand click inside the frame
  
• Layers: New Raster Layer
  

Step 8: Open the tube CTRL+C and close

Step 9: CTRL+SHIFT+L

• CTRL+D
  
• Change the opacity to 65
  
• highlight frame layer
  
• Effects: 3D - Drop Shadow: Frame Shadow settings above
  
• Repeat the drop shadow this time switch the settings to (-6), 10
  

Step 10: Open BarbedWire CTRL+C and close

Step 11: CTRL+L

• SHIFT+S: 200 px (width)
  
• Move to the bottom of the frame (see mine for placement)
  
• CTRL+R: Right: 3.17
  
• Using your eraser: shape circle, size 55:  erase the barbed wire from the out side of the frame
  
• Effects: 3D - Drop shadow: BarbedWire Shadow above
  

Step 12: Open bin CTRL+C and close

Step 13: CTRL+L

• SHIFT+S: 100 px (width)
  
• move to the left bottom corner of the frame (see mine for placement)
  
• Effects: 3D - Drop shadow: Bin Shadow above
  

Step 14: Open leaves02 CTRL+C and Close

Step 15: CTRL+L

• SHIFT+S: 200 px (width)
  
• move to the left side of the frame (see mine for placement)
  
• move this layer under the bin layer
  
• Effects: 3D - Drop Shadow:Leaves Shadow above
  

Step 16: Open Sign CTRL+C and close<br>

Step 17: CTRL+L

• SHIFT+S:  74 px (width)
  
• Effects: 3D - Drop shadow: Elements Shadow above
  

Step 18: Open Boot CTRL+C and close

Step 19: CTRL+L

• SHIFT+S:  65 px (width)
  
• Layers: Duplicate:
  
• CTRL+M, move the duplicate layer slightly to the left so you can see both boots.
  
• Layers: Merge Down: Move to the bottom of the bin (see mine for placement)
  
• Effects: 3D - Drop shadow: Elements shadow
  

Step 20: Open Car CTRL+C and close

Step 21: CTRL+L

• SHIFT+S: 274 px (width)
  
• Move to the lower right hand corner of the frame. (see mine for placement), add drop shadow
  

Step 22: Open FlowerScatter CTRL+C and close

Step 23: CTRL+L

• SHIFT+S: 513 px (width)
  
• Move to the top of the frame (see mine for placement)
  
• Layers: Duplicate
  
• CTRL+I, CTRL+M
  
• Layers: Merge Down
  
• Move this layer under the boots layer
  
• Effects: 3D - Drop shadow: Elements Shadow
  

Step 24: Merge Visible ; CTRL+C

• Image: Add Border:  Color: #a80000, 1, symmetric checked
  
• Image: Add Border:  Color:#FFFFFF, 1 , symmetric checked
  
• Image: Add Border:  Color: #000000, 32,
  
• using your magic wand click inside the border we just created.
  
• CTRL+SHIFT+L
  
• Effects: Photo Effects: Sepia Toning: Factory Defaults
  
• CTRL+SHIFT+I:
  
• Effects: 3D - Drop Shadow : Frame Shadow
  
• CTRL+D
  
• Image: Add Border:  Color: #a80000, 1, symmetric checked
  

Step 25: SHIFT+S: 500 px (width) all layers checked

• Add copyright information
  
• Add watermark
  
• Add Name
