This tutorial assumes you have good working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro and its tools. It was created and written in PspX2 but may be done in previous versions. My tutorials are from my own creative imagination any resemblance to other tutorials is strictly coincidental. If I am using a brush or mask that belongs you and I don't have you listed please let me know which tutorial and which item is yours include your designer name and website information so I can give you credit and remove them from the materials. I am copyright compliant so any tutorial that has a tube whether it is a Pay To Use (PTU) or Free To Use (FTU) will never be included in my materials. The same goes for scrap kits.

Tutorial Instructions:
Step 1. Create new canvas 1000*1000
Step 2: Open frame7: CTRL+C and close
Step 3: CTRL+L
- SHIFT+S: 420 px (width) all layers unchecked
- Using your magic wand change the mode setting to Add (Shift) Click on each of the black areas
- Selections: Modify: Expand: 1
- hit your delete key
Step 4: Open paper07: CTRL+C and close
Step 5: CTRL+SHIFT+L
- CTRL+D
- using your magic wand change the mode setting to replace click inside the main frame
- Selections: Modify: Expand: 1
- Layers: New Raster Layer
Step 6: Open paper08: CTRL+C and close
Step 7: CTRL+SHIFT+L ; CTRL+D, Move this layer under frame layer
Step 8: Open Sparkle Rainbow: CTRL+C and close
Step 9: CTRL+L; SHIFT+S: 317 px (width) (This layer should be in between the frame layer and the paper layer)
Step 10: Open cloud: CTRL+C and close
Step 11: CTRL+L, SHIFT+S: 350 px (width) move up just a bit (see my for placement)
Step 12: Open fence: CTRL+C and close
Step 13: CTRL+L

- move in between the fence slates, so it looks like he is sitting on the fence (see mine for placement)
- Add drop shadow
Step 16: Open string01: CTRL+C and close
Step 17: CTRL+L
- SHIFT+S: 200 px (width)
- move just under the cat (see mine for placement)
- Add drop shadow
Step 18: open pawprints: CTRL+C and close
Step 19: CTRL+L
- Shift+S: 230 px (width)
- move to the right side of the cat
- Adjust: Sharpness: Sharpen
- Add drop shadwo
Step 20: open flower04: CTRL+C and close
Step 21: CTRL+L
- SHIFT+S: 45 px (width)
- Adjust: Sharpness: Sharpen
- move over the bow knot in the string (see mine for placement)
- add drop shadow
- highlight the frame layer
Step 22: Open flowers02: CTRL+C and close
Step 23: CTRL+L
- SHIFT+S: 100 px (width)
- CTRL+M
- move to the left side of the frame (see mine for placement)
- Adjust: Sharpness: Sharpen
- add drop shadow
Step 24: Open wordart23: CTRL+C and close

- SHIFT+S: 350 px (width)
- move to left side of the frame (see mine for placement)
- Effects: 3-D: Drop shadow: Use the wordart setting above
Step 26: Open Angel Jasper: CTRL+C and close

- move to the lower right hand corner of frame (see mine for placement)
- Adjust: Sharpness: Sharpen
- add drop shadow
Step 28: Merge visible
- SHIFT+S: 500 px (width) all layers checked
- Add name
- Add copyright info
- save as .png
