This tutorial assumes you have good working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro and its tools. It was created and written in PspX2 but may be done in previous versions. My tutorials are from my own creative imagination any resemblance to other tutorials is strictly coincidental. If I am using a brush or mask that belongs you and I don't have you listed please let me know which tutorial and which item is yours include your designer name and website information so I can give you credit and remove them from the materials. I am copyright compliant so any tutorial that has a tube whether it is a Pay To Use (PTU) or Free To Use (FTU) will never be included in my materials. The same goes for scrap kits. <br><br>

Tutorial Instructions:
Step 1: Create a new canvas: 800 * 800; Flood fill with white - rename layer - background
Step 2: Open Paper07; CTRL+C and close
Step 3: On canvas: CTRL+L - rename layer - mask
- Layers: Load Mask From Disk: RD_Mask150_Mask 2: check source luminance, fit to canvas, hide all mask; click load; merge group
- Effects: 3D: Drop Shadow: use mask settings above
Step 4: Open wire; CTRL+C and close
Step 5: On canvas: CTRL+L - rename layer - mask2
- Layers: Load Mask From Disk: RD_Mask118_Mask 1: check source luminance, fit to canvas, hide all mask; click load; merge group
- Effects: 3D: Drop Shadow: use mask settings above
Step 6: Open Frame01: CTRL+C and close
Step 7: On canvas: CTRL+L
- SHIFT+S: 250 px ( width) all layers unchecked; rename layer - frame
- Using your magic wand tool click on the inside of the left frame; Selections: Modify: Expand: 4
- Layers New Layer: Name Left Matte
Step 8: Open paper04: CTRL+C and close
Step 9: On canvas: CTRL+SHIFT+L ; Layers: New Layer: Name Picture
Step 10: Open tube: CTRL+C and close
Step 11: On canvas : CTRL+SHIFT+L
- Duplicate: Adjust: Gaussian Blur: 5.00 rename layer: tube effects
- Effects: Plugins: Xero: Porcelain: default settings
- On original tube layer
- Effects: 3D:Drop Shadow: use tube settings above
- Using your magic wand tool click on the inside of the left frame; Selections: Modify: Expand: 4
- Layers New Layer: Name Right Matte
Step 12: Open paper04: CTRL+C and close
Step 13: On canvas: CTRL+SHIFT+L ; Layers: New Layer: Name Picture
Step 14: Open tube: CTRL+C and close
Step 15: On canvas : CTRL+SHIFT+L
- Duplicate: Adjust: Gaussian Blur: 5.00 rename layer: tube effects
- Effects: Plugins: Xero: Porcelain: default settings
- Effects: 3D:Drop Shadow: use tube settings above
Step 16: Open Ribbon4: CTRL+C and close
Step 17: On Canvas: CTRL+L, SHIFT+S, 100 px (width) all layers unchecked.
- Move to the right side of your frame (see mine for placement)
- Effects: 3D: Drop Shadow: use ribbon settings above
- Duplicate, CTRL+M
- Activate the mask2 layer
Step 18: Open musicnotes: CTRL+C
Step 19: On canvas: CTRL+L
- SHIFT+S, 400 px (width) all layers unchecked, move slightly up. (see mine for placement)
- Effects: 3D: Drop Shadow: Use music notes settings above
- Highlight the left ribbon layer
Step 20: open words02: CTRL+C and close
Step 21: On canvas: CTRL+L
- SHIFT+S: 224 px (width) all layers unchecked, move to the top of the frame. (see mine for placement)
- Effects: Drop Shadow: Use word art settings above
Step 22: Open flowers CTRL+C and close
Step 23: CTRL+L, SHIFT+S: 250 px (width) all layers unchecked
- CTRL+M, move this layer under the frame layer
- Duplicate: Adjust: Blur: Gaussian Blur: 5.00
- On original flower layer: Effects: 3D: Drop Shadow: Use flowers settings above
Step 24: Open leaves03: CTRL+C and close
Step 25: CTRL+L, SHIFT+S: 150 px (width) all layers unchecked
- CTRL+M, CTRL+I, Duplicate, CTRL+M, CTRL+I
- Merge down
- Move this layer under the frame layer
- Effects: 3D: Drop Shadow: use the leaves settings above
Step 26: Merge all
- SHIFT+S: 500 px (width) all layers checked
- Add copyright
- name (Font I used for the name is: Cash Currency with a drop shadow : 1,1,100,1, #ffffff)
- Save as jpg.
